My Coaching practice focuses on strengthening the two key elements of Mindfulness – Awareness and Acceptance, and moving towards Action in the areas that we can influence. Increased awareness and acceptance, while seemingly passive, open up huge areas of possibility as we see that there are many more angles and perspectives from which we can view any situation. This allows for the ability to act in a responsive, grounded, and intuitive way that tends to lead to satisfying and lasting improvements in one’s life.
We often tend to get stuck on one or two issues that are stealing our joy. The issue(s) change as life evolves, but each and every time, the very thing that seems to be taking away our ability to be happy in the moment is the source of growth that we most need. Through individualized coaching sessions, we bring to light the key issue for you in the moment, and find ways to bring mindfulness and creative solutions to the challenge and opportunity. By developing greater awareness, acceptance and action, and working together to break through any resistance to developing healthier and more wholesome habits, you will reach deeper levels of connection with yourself, your loved ones, your current work and situation, and find the joy and wellbeing you seek.

Showing Up for Life
If you show up for yourself in your life, the universe will show up for you.
The way you walk into a room says a lot about the way you live your life. When you walk into a room curious about what’s happening, willing to engage, and perceiving yourself as an active participant with something to offer, then you have really shown up to the party. When you walk into a room with your eyes down, or nervously smiling, you are holding yourself back for one reason or another. You may be hurting inside and in need of healing, or you may lack the confidence required to really be present in the room. Still, just noticing that you’re not really showing up, and having a vision of what it will look and feel like when you do, can give you the inspiration we need to recover yourself.
Even if you are suffering, you can show up to that experience ready to fully engage in it and learn what it has to offer. When you show up for your life, you are actively participating in being a happy person, achieving your goals, and generally living the life your soul really wants. If you need healing, you begin the process of seeking out those who can help you heal. If you need experience, you find the places and opportunities that can give you the experience you need in order to do the work you want to do in the world. Whatever you need, look for it, and when you find it, engage in the process of letting yourself have it. When you do this kind of work, you become lively, confident, and passionate.
There is almost nothing better in the world than the feeling of showing up for your own life. When you can do this, you become more alive and able to make things happen in your life and the lives of the people around you. You walk through the world with the knowledge that you have a lot to offer and the desire to share it.
